SEVEXA par bikne wale saare products digital products hain (PDF eBook, workbook aur templates). Payment ke turant baad aapko download access mil jaata hai.

1. Digital products par refund

Kyunki download ke baad digital file wapas nahi li ja sakti, isliye successful download ke baad refund generally possible nahi hai. Ye industry standard practice hai aur purchase se pehle checkout page par bata diya jaata hai.

2. Jin cases me hum refund karte hain

In situations me aap full refund ke liye eligible hain:

• Payment ho gaya lekin technical problem ki wajah se aapko file mili hi nahi, aur hum 72 ghante me fix nahi kar paaye.
• Ek hi order ka payment galti se do baar ho gaya (duplicate charge).
• File corrupt ya unreadable hai aur hum working replacement nahi de paaye.
• Aapke account se aapki jaankari ke bina payment hua (unauthorised transaction, verification ke baad).

3. Refund kaise maangein

support@sevexa.online par email karein, ya contact page use karein. Email me ye zaroor likhein:

• Aapka Order ID (confirmation email me milega)
• Payment ke waqt use kiya gaya email address
• Problem kya hai — short me

Hum 48 working hours me reply karte hain. Purchase ke 7 din ke andar request karna zaroori hai.

4. Refund process hone me kitna time

Approve hone ke baad refund usi payment method par jaata hai jisse payment kiya gaya tha. Razorpay aur aapke bank ke hisaab se paise aane me 5–10 working days lag sakte hain. Ye timeline humare control me nahi hoti.

5. Koi income ya result guarantee nahi

Ye book educational content hai, financial advice nahi. Isme kisi bhi tarah ki income, returns ya specific result ki guarantee nahi di gayi hai — aur "expected result nahi mila" ye refund ka valid ground nahi hai. Result aapki mehnat aur execution par depend karta hai. Koi bhi financial decision lene se pehle apne SEBI-registered financial advisor se salah lein.
